????✨ As the new semester approaches, our Spring textbook shipping process has officially begun.

To ensure every student receives their learning materials on time, our shipping team is carefully preparing and sending out packages with great care and dedication ❤️.

???? For families residing in North America (the United States and Canada), you will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped ✉️, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress at any time. For families in other countries or regions, we will send a separate reminder email in early January. If you have any questions during this period, please feel free to contact us — we are always here to assist ????.

???? If you recently redeemed gifts from the Coin Mall, we will do our best to include them in the same shipment as the textbooks. Due to warehouse locations and package size, some gifts may be shipped separately. Please rest assured that all gifts are expected to arrive by mid-January. If you have not received them by then, please contact us so we can help follow up.
